TERMS AND CONDITIONS

0. Definitions.

• "This License" refers to Version 1.1 of the aquantus.ru Public License.

• "The Common Greatcoat" refers to the foundational rules of conduct and the collective body of user contributions that define the community.

1. The Philosophy of the Warm Coat.

You are responsible for the maintenance of your own "Warm Coat." This means:

• Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities under your account are deemed your own.
• Integrity: You must provide accurate information and act with honor. Your reputation is part of your coat; do not tarnish it through dishonesty.
• Sufficiency: The Service is provided "as is." It is designed to be functional and durable. You accept that the focus is on stability, not on a constant stream of new, and potentially unnecessary, features.

2. The Law of the Common Greatcoat.

To protect the integrity of the community fabric, you are forbidden from using The Service to cut, tear, or stain the Common Greatcoat. Such prohibited actions include:

However, to allow The Service to function and to weave your work into the Common Greatcoat, you grant aquantus.ru a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions and such derivative works. By making a Contribution, you affirm that you are legally entitled to grant this license.

4. Sharing and Adaptation (The ShareAlike Principle).

The Common Greatcoat protects all who wear it. To maintain its strength, this principle must be upheld:

• Attribution: If you share or publicly present content from The Service, you must provide attribution to its original author and to aquantus.ru. This is a matter of honor, respecting the labor that went into another's "Coat."
• Share Alike: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material from The Service, you must distribute your contributions under this same License. 6. Termination.

This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms, particularly the fundamental laws of the Common Greatcoat. We reserve the right to remove your account and content to preserve the integrity of The Service. You may terminate this License at any time by ceasing to use The Service and deleting your account.

7. Revisions of this License.

aquantus.ru may publish revised and/or new versions of the Public License from time to time. Such new versions will be similar in spirit to the present version but may differ in detail to address new problems or concerns. Your continued use of The Service following the notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new License.
